Connector Improvement: Intercom Agent Activity logs
CompletedFivetran has existing intercom connector which gets conversation data of agents has been really helpful for reporting. Addition to that, Intercom has agent activity logs which are being stored in one of their API. I was wondering if Fivetran can add it the existing connector, not sure how hard or easy it it is for Agent productivity metrics like what them they login/log out, status etc.

Hi Rahul,
Thanks for the request. Would you be wanting to capture things like away mode as well as log in/out? There's also an "event created" webhook which would probably create a high volume of data. Is it differently useful to evaluate productivity with these agent actions rather than events and messages on the conversations/tickets themselves?
