Other: Track who is deregister or disconnect the server

HVR server connection is getting deregistered frequently. We need to register it again and again.

Is it possible to track who is deregister or disconnect the server?

Is it possible to disable deregister option as per the attached screenshot?

This action is not captured in the HVR Event table. We tried to do it manually and still couldn’t see it in the event and event result table.

    Anand,

    Is this on HVR 5, or on version 6?

    With HVR 5 the client stores registered hubs in $HVR_CONFIG/files/hvrgui.ini. If you lose track of registered hubs then the user may not have write privileges to the location, or the file gets cleaned out.
