Connector Improvement: JIRA - Service Manager Queues
JIRA now allows you to create custom queues within the service manager module. Without FiveTran being able to pull that data, our warehouses are unable to build analytics on the service queues (time to close, aging, etc). Please help.

Hi Joshua, I'm the new PM for the JIRA connector. Can you specify what fields you are requesting? If you have links to the JIRA API documentation of what you are looking for that would be ideal.

Hi @fivetranner -
I think the minimum fields required to make use of JIRA queues would be the following, though open to other suggestions based on their documentation and what you have seen as useful in similar connectors.
- id
- key
- self
- summary
- issuetype:description,id,name
- duedate
- created
- reporter:accountId,name,emailAddress,displayName,
With the base fields above in mind, do you know the level of effort to get that into production? These queues are an emerging key aspect of how internal teams are handling tasks and we may want to find another avenue depending on timing.
Thank you.
