Other: CRITICAL: Oracle_HVA connector BROKEN

We have experienceing a P1 issue at the moment.
Connector name: oracle_hva
Destination: NATIONALPEN_LAKE_PROD.
Log: "event" : "sync_end", "data" : { "status" : "FAILURE", "reason" : "Capture failed:2023-07-03T17:05:50+00:00: fivetran-cap-ftsource: F_JT0400: Log scanning error F_JZ114E. Internal error: while handling a commit, the incomplete row (hrid=0x55517df3.3, table=2927776) has been found. . To report this to Technical Support, send the following; (1) The complete error message. (2) Enroll files matching *.enroll or *.enroll_rev_* in $HVR_CONFIG/hubs/<hub>/channels/<chn>/locs/<loc>/enroll (3) Cap_state files matching *.cap_state in $HVR_CONFIG/router/<hub>/<chn>/loc_<loc> (4) Dbms log files '/hvr/hvr_config/hubs/hvrhub/channels/fivetran/locs/ftsource/dump/arch_1_367968_1090290431.arc.copy' and '/hvr/hvr_config/hubs/hvrhub/channels/fivetran/locs/ftsource/dump/arch_1_367967_1090290431.arc.copy'. After saving these files, re-run the capture job to check whether the error message and the dbms log file mentioned in the error message stay the same. To skip all log records for this log address, use command { hvrcontrol -c -lftsource -s \"-whvr_rba='u1.0x059d60.00182fc9.0104'\" -x0 hvrhub fivetran }. If this fails, skip all log records for this timestamp with command; { hvrcontrol -c -lftsource -s \"-whvr_rec_tstamp=2023-07-03T12:09:19+00:00\" -x0 hvrhub fivetran }. Afterwards, restart the capture job. Sounds like you are having an error with your connector, could you please file a Support ticket to get help debugging and troubleshooting this issue? They will be able to help root cause this error!
