Connector Improvement: Oracle Generic Connector should accommodate 128 character limit in object names since the release of Oracle 12c
Hello,
Starting Oracle 12c, which was released many years ago, Oracle expanded the object naming character limit from 30 chars to 128 chars. However, Fivetran's Oracle Generic connector has not kept up with this change, despite many years have passed since the release of Oracle version 12c.
Please enhance this connector.
Thanks!

Hi Sameer,
Thank you for your question on our feature requests portal!
As you state, Oracle does support more than 30 characters in object names, however this does require a special GoldenGate license. I am checking with the team if our connector works if you have this license, or if this requires additional changes on our side.
Please stay tuned as I raise this with Engineering, and let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Kevin
