Connector Improvement: Google Analytics 4 Filter

It would be extremely beneficial if the filter functionality was expanded, and was similar to the GA3 filtering layout to allow multiple filters and different types of conditions.

    I just came to the support portal to make this same request.

     

    The GA4 query-explorer allows you to specify the match type on the filter: exact, contains, begins with, etc. I believe the Fivetran GA4 connector simply defaults to exact match only. This severely limits the filter functionality of the connector.

    @Fivetran how has this not even been addressed? With the size of some of the reports that come through GA4, this would be EXTREMELY helpful to cut down on some of our billing expenses.
