Connector Improvement: Workday HCM - Custom Fields Support

Currently Workday HCM supports only standard delivered fields in workday , custom fields are not supported , can we add custom fields as well to this connector .

    Hi Santoshkumar - Thanks for submitting this feature request! It's definitely something that we are looking at supporting. 

    For my own understanding are you looking for Fivetran to support both custom fields and calculated columns. I know Workday supports both, however I'm not sure if Custom Fields is an umbrella term for both custom fields that are calculations and those that are not calculations. 

    Can you also give me an example of how these fields are valuable to your analytics use case?

    Yes Erin we need both calculated fields and custom fields from workday . I don't have exact list of both the fields but from source team what I got to know that there are custom fields of both the kind .

    Examples : Recruitment Start Date, Exception Flag, Craft 

    These are used for metrics calculations as well as detail reporting .
