    Thanks for reaching out with this feedback. I'd love to understand more about your use case. 

    Depending on the type of failure, we may actually do this on the backend – our connectors will often retry before failing the sync, so that we double check that the issue wasn't transient. In some cases, we may also reschedule a connector run again, sooner than the frequency of the sync for this same reason.

    If a connector fails and an Error is thrown, this means that there is some action we need you to take to fix the issue. For example, you might need to update your credentials. 

    Can you tell me more about what you're hoping to achieve with an auto-restart?
