Connector Improvement: Allow connector reschedules to trigger automatically even when sync frequency is controlled by FIVETRAN API

When a connector sync takes longer than 6 hours, the sync is paused after 6 hours with status "rescheduled" and automatically triggered again from where it had paused.
If we change the sync frequency to manual and its being controlled by Fivetran API, after 6 hours the reschedule is not triggered automatically.

Hi @Abha,
We consider customers who are manually triggering syncs to be handling the full orchestration for that connector, which means handling states like 'rescheduled'.
