    Hi Joe,

    Typically we are trying to provide normalized tables of records. Events data is a slightly different kind of data, though we do often support it in other connectors. Are there particular event types you are interested in analyzing that reflect information not already covered by the current ERD?

    Yes, any changes to tickets that are done by individuals, as part of workforce management reporting
