    Hi Iva,

    Thank you for filing this request. I just reviewed the Support Ticket you referenced 142766.
    It looks like you were using our Freshdesk connector and were running into issues with the number of webhooks that Freshdesk had allocated to your account. There are options to upgrade the number of webhooks available to your account from Freshdesk however this could get expensive.

    The action for us here is to explore if there are other ways we can structure the connector to use fewer Webhook while handling the case where we do encounter these limits more elegantly.
