We've had a few instances where our development team have applied a data patch on a source system database resulting in a significant spike in MAR (10s of millions).  It would be useful to set a threshold over which data sync (on on individual table) would be paused until it is reviewed and approved.  This is similar to the functionality that allows for schema (table or column) changes to be blocked so they can be reviewed before being added to a connector.

Thresholds could be absolute (e.g. > 10 million records) or relative (e.g. > 100% of usual activity) and could be made configurable.
