Connector Improvement: SAP Concur SSO Access

SAP Concur users who utilize SSO cannot leverage the native Fivetran connector as the connector requires an Application ID and secret along with the uname/pword. Per SAP Concur support, customers using SSO to sign in will need to use a company token for API connection as the app management tool does not allow them to create ID/Secret for SSO sign in options
