New Connector: PartnerStack

PartnerStack is a SaaS that allows to manage affiliate programs and "partners" that can drive customers to receive benefits and rewards 

They have a well documented API: https://docs.partnerstack.com/docs/partnerstack-api

We'd love to have a connector for them
