Currently, the connector only allowing to pick a frequency, then Fivetran will pick a random start time to sync.  It is not easy to catch up with the data refresh and causing unexpected delay.

For example, there is a data refresh happened at xx:05 (i.e. 00:05, 01:05, 02:05, 03:05,...., etc).  We configured Fivetran to run a sync every 60 minutes.  Fivetran could started to kick off the sync at any minute, as long as it run every 60 minutes.  (i.e. it can run at 00:04, or 00:06, or 00:45,  .... etc).  The only pattern we observed is, the start time is kind of based on the last start/end time of the sync, and maintained a 60 mins interval

This is super difficult to control, and we received multiple requests from users about there is problem on the data resync as they are not seeing data being refreshed.
