New Connector: AWS SNS Connector

Hiya!
I think it'd be good if we could get an SNS connector to ingest messages from; this will allow fan-out workflows to just have the DW as another destination.
I've tried doing this using the Webhook connector however I've hit a snag when I try to confirm the SNS Subscription.
