Connector Improvement: Jira: Flag to know when a project/issue has been archived

Jira now supports the ability to archive an issue (data center 8.1+) or a project (data center 7.10+).  Please add a flag so we can tell which issues / projects have been archived.

As a temporary workaround, we configured the Fivetran Sync account so it can't see archived projects.  After each historical sync, the number match.  However, between historical syncs, any archived issues and projects are still returned in the results without any way to filter them out.

    Hi everyone,

    The Jira connector improvement to expose an archived flag for projects and issues is now live and generally available. We now sync archived projects for Jira Cloud connections. This feature is not available for Jira on-premise. Archived projects are included in the PROJECT table alongside active projects.

    We have added three new columns to the PROJECT table:

    • archived

    • archived_date

    • archived_by_id.
