Connector Improvement: Campaign Manager - Cross-dimensional reach reports

Cross device metrics are supported in the standard reports according to https://developers.google.com/doubleclick-advertisers/v3.3/dimensions#cdr-metrics - but they are not synced in Fivetran. Can these please be added to the sync process?
