New Connector: Genesys Engage Connector

Geneys Engage Call Centre software has some APIs, but it would be really nice to consume their data into Snowflake via an auspices of a Fivetran pipe. Thank you.

    Hi Kirk, Sam from the Product Team here - thanks for submitting this request! Unfortunately, We don't have this planned at this time. Have you looked into using a cloud function? In the meantime, we will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.

    OK no worries. I thought _maybe_ you would be pre-rolling one of these. We'll go for a Fivetran Function and Orchestrate via Airflow in that case. Thanks.

    For an MVP, we are scraping the following API's:

    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs
    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs/{jobId}
    /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs/{jobId}/results
    I'm sure we'd be interested in other data as well.  This is what we are operationally using when we have to roll it ourselves though.

    This connector would save us a ton of dev time
