Connector Improvement: Add Initial Extract Date Parameter for Stripe connector

There are requests from clients asking not to extract all historical data they want starting from specific date. can this be added as parameter?

    Hi Manjunath, thanks for your request! Can you tell me more about the use case for this feature? What problem are you trying to solve by setting a historical sync to run forward from a particular timestamp?
