Other: Stop sending us connector failure notices for connectors we don't use
PlannedHi, I seem to be getting email notifications a few times every week about some random connector that's not working. I really only need to know about outages for connectors that we're using.
It's annoying, irrelevant, and kinda give you a bad rep.

Hi All- Thanks for the feedback here. Our goal with our status page is to be completely transparent about any incidents that our team is working on that may impact our users. This has had the unintended consequence of creating a lot of email noise, especially about incidents that you likely don't care about.
We're actually addressing part of this as we speak. We've updated our status page to have new components for each connector category, in addition to the general categories we had previously. In the next week or two, we will be updating incident subscriptions to only send emails for these general outages. While you will no longer get incidents on specific connectors, you'll continue to get alerts for failures on your specific connectors. We will be sending out an email about this change, as well as instructions for manually subscribing to connector categories if you want to continue to get incident notifications for them.
We're actively scoping a project that would enable incident notifications for only the specific source system within your account, but I can't put a timeline on that yet.
Let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

We've updated the logic on our end to only send email notifications for system-wide incidents.
