Dashboard Improvement: Option to limit the number of simultaneous requests from Fivetran to database

An option to set the number of simultanous connection allowed from Fivetran connectors to the end user Database and for the rest of the connectors to be put into a queue so that the maximum number of connection to the database is never reached.

    Hi,

    We had originally opened a ticket:

    "We are getting the error "PostgreSQL: 53300: sorry, too many clients already" in Power Bi Service when it is trying to sync the data. 

    Our PostgreSQL is limited to 55 connections and therefore it looks like we are sometimes reaching the limit because of too many requests from our Fivetran connectors to the database. 

    Would it be possible for the connections from Fivetran to our Database to be limited to 20 simultaneous connections and for the rest to be put into a queue so that we never reach the limit?"

    This is the answer we got from Support:

    "Unfortunately there is not a way to queue or limit syncs in the way that you're describing. I think that it would make an excellent feature request though. To help visibility, we recommend that you submit a request directly through our Feature Request Portal so that you can have direct communication with our Product team and check the current status of your request."
