Hi Fellycia, Sam from the Product Team here - thanks for submitting this request! Unfortunately, we don't have this planned at this time. Are there any specific insights you would like to obtain that are not currently available in the Five 9 UI? In the meantime, we will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.

an additional vote for Five9 connector. we would wish to do our own reporting on contacts to our transactional system
-
We are implementing Five9 for our call center and need to capture this data for enterprise business analytics.
-
Additional vote for Five9. I have a customer using it and it would be great if Fivetran would support Five9.

We use SFTP instead and it is such a pain. It would be great if you would provide us this connector.
-
Agree. This connector would be very useful to avoid the need for Crons that load data into SFTPs
-
We are switching to Five9 and having a connector with Fivetran would be a game changer!
-
what is the magic # of upvotes to get a connector created?
would really like Five9 available. -

Please consider adding a new connector for Five9. We are being asked to load call center data from Five9 into the data warehouse.

Another request for five9 feature. It's a virtual cloud contact center we're using and we'd like to be able to utilize call and engagement data.

As a data engineer and software engineer it would be helpful to have an out of box solution to get the needed data. At the very least a connector to get Five9's call log would go a long way.
For anyone that needs a solution you can setup reports in Five9 to be sent to an sftp and then use Fivetran to sync with the sftp.
