Connector Improvement: Criteo- Allow users to select timezone for api calls

Request:
Users would like the option to specify which timezone to pull data in from the Criteo API (similar to the functionality for currencies).
Per Criteo's website:
UTC will be default timezone if not specified.
Can confirm this through API Calls to the Criteo endpoint:
- Call without specifying timezone:
Call with timezone GMT (this matches the results from no timezone api call):
Call with timezone PST (data is different than the other 2 calls):
Users would like to have a dropdown selection in the Setup Form that allows them to pick exactly which timezone we specify in our API calls to Criteo.

Hi @... and Mahender, Drew from the Product Team here!
At Fivetran, we are of the opinion that all of your data sources should be brought in with a consistent timezone. As a result, we bring in all sources (or at least all where it is possible) in UTC time. This allows all of our customers the ability to compare data across sources without needing to convert time data.
At this time, we will not be adding the ability to select time zones to our Criteo connector.
