New Connector: Medallia Customer Experience Connector

We use Medallia to get feedback on Customer experience, issue escalation, and resolution. Right now we have multiple sftp pipes from Medallia that can only be daily batch. It would be fantastic if a connector could be developed that allows us to get at the Customer experience data real-time.

    Hello everyone! We have just launched our Medallia connector into private preview! If you'd like to try it out, please reach out to your account manager who can get you set up. If you'd rather wait until beta, look out for an email announcement in the next month or so.

    Hi Mark, Sam from the Product Team here - thanks for submitting this request! Unfortunately, we don't have this planned at this time. If you are unhappy with your sftp pipes, we do offer Fivetran managed webhooks as an alternative. Check out Medallia webhooks docs here. In the meantime, we will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.

    Same here! 

    I am thinking about writing my only Fivetran-Lambda to facilitate syncs but anything out-of-the-box would be best!
