Hi Madhura, Sam from the Product Team here - thanks for submitting this request! Unfortunately, we don't have this planned at this time. I would like to know though, what additional insights are you looking to obtain that are not currently available in the Google My Buinsess UI? In the meantime, we will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.

Hi Sam,
Whilst the Google My Business UI does provide review details, It is useless on its own. When linked with our warehouse along with the data dimensions of weather, sales for the day, staff count etc, It helps uncover trends and patterns between the aforementioned dimensions and the ratings for the day. In addition, it may allow us (theoretically) to link this data with our Freshdesk data set (Helpdesk) in order to understand if the situation is aware to us. Also connecting it with social media connectors can also provide powerful insights. Google My Business is a very strong data source for us and it doesn't make sense that this has not been planned.

We'd love to include this on our business dashboards. We currently manually move it into our "branch health" reports.
