Different Connector/Display Name than the schema prefix

Being able to have an independent connector or display name than what is set for schema prefix will allow us to name the connector more descriptively without making the schema name too long or redundant.

I know we chatted a bit about this directly, but I'd love to have some examples of where the current naming structure isn't meeting your needs. Can you share some examples here of what names you'd like to have for a connector, what is it today, and how a different name would help you and your team?
Would you only want this name to be displayed in our UI, or is this something you'd want to see in the logs as well?
