Feature request for addition JIRA SLA fields
Not plannedHi, would it kindly be possible to incorporate additional fields into the JIRA.SLA table, as these fields are already available on JIRA tickets and appear to be missing from looker.
- Time to first response
- Time to resolution if breached (Yes/No)
- Time to first response if breached (Yes/No)
- Reason for an SLA breach (can be First Response or Resolution or both)

Hi Edward - these metrics are derived from the underlying raw data, which is why we are not syncing them. Generally our approach is not to sync any denormalized data, because it undermines the quality of the data our customers are getting. Because of that you need to need to calculate them on your end.
The background for this decision is explained by our Shared Responsibility Model.
We do offer a dbt package for JIRA that transforms the data and contains the most commonly used metrics, so you could also take a look at that to see if it has what you need. You can find more information about it here.
