Resolve OAUTH Timeout Bug for Google Play Connector

It appears that Google recently introduced a breaking change that is causing our Google Play connector to fail daily unless manually re-authenticated. According to Fivetran support, this is because as per Google's Developer Documentation, there is currently a limit of 50 refresh tokens per Google Account per OAuth 2.0 client ID.
