Support Tickets: Show the latest message next to response box
CompletedCurrently when replying in a support ticket the response box is located at the bottom of the page, below the oldest message in the thread, while the latest message is at the top.
This makes it difficult to draft a response as I have to scroll between the top and bottom of the page to see what the message text was and what my response is.
Ideally, the response box would sit above the latest message, or the latest message should be at the bottom of the page so that it is above the response box.

Hello again! I just want to close the loop and let you know that we've updated the support portal to have the response box at the top of the form next to the most recent message. Thanks again for the feedback!

Thank you so much for your feedback on this! I'm following up with our team to see if we can get this fixed so that it's much easier to draft responses on tickets with back-and-forth.
