Problem:

WebDAV access using certificates and user + password is considered insecure by both our CyberSecurity and SharePoint teams. Additionally, Microsoft has indicated a desire to deprecate this functionality.

Feature Request:

Implementation of the OAUTH Client Credential based workflow would be ideal for our use case, as the pattern of using a Client Secret and ID to generate an access token is a proven and accepted pattern at our company and would integrate well with our Azure AD authentication based workflows with enterprise apps etc.
