Transformations: Allow switching between git branches

It would be great if it is possible to select git branch for each transformation job.
It will allow to use Transformations for Continuous Integration. Potential workflow could be with having two transformations:
- `main`. Production job. Uses main branch. Triggered by schedule from deployment.yml.
- `pull-request`. Uses pull request branch (each time different). Triggered via API or manually via Fivetran UI.

@Kliment this is a very interesting request! Can you explain more about why you need this flow in Fivetran? And what your current workaround is?
