Canada Life has a requirement to replicate data from SQL Server to ADLS into a CSV file. One requirement is to have only the latest update of each change that happened. It seems that the replication of only the last changes and the replication of deletes are mutually exclusive (TimeKey). This is due to how these core functionalities are configured in HVR. 2 ways to solve this:

1. change "HVR will drop deletes" to depend on existence of a column with {hvr_op} instead of TimeKey
2.  SORT_COALESCE shouldn't stop coalescing because of TimeKey
