Connector Improvement: Add Kanban tables to Teamwork connector

We've already been loving the teamwork connector.

I would love to request a couple additional tables. The API has endpoints for "list cards in a column" and "list columns". These are used to organize tasks into kanban boards.

    I am happy to share that these two entities are now available as "CARD" and "BOARD_COLUMN" in our Teamwork Connector.

    Please refer to the Teamwork ERD.
