Transformations: Support dbt core 1.4 for SQL Server

The official MSSQL connector now supports dbt core 1.4: https://github.com/dbt-msft/dbt-sqlserver/releases/tag/v1.4.0
This should be an available option in Transformations.

@Charlie we have dbt Core versions up to 1.5.1 in Fivetran. Are you not seeing these available to you in the dbt setup form?
