Connector Improvement: Please add Base Rate setting to Open Exchange Rate connector

Open Exchange Rate allows you to define Base Currency in their API calls, however Fivetran hasn't implemented this option, so all the currency is being ingested with the default USD Base Currency.
We need an option to define the Base Currency in the connector settings.
