Connector Improvement: Include replies in Slack lite MESSAGES table

Currently, the MESSAGES table only contains top-level messages in the channel but does not contain threaded replies. We want to calculate the total activity n the channel and this is an important part of that metrics. This would be important for the REACTION table as well.

Close the loop here, we added support for messages in threads sometime back to our Slack connector. Please open a request if you need any other data that might be missing.
