Connector Improvement: Allow the Ability to Sync Specific Date Ranges

It would be great if we could select a specific date range to sync for historical purposes.

 

Maybe we want to sync just the 2019 data in on a resync. Maybe we need a specific connector to sync data from June 2020 - January 2021. Having the ability to customize the historical sync/resync range would be great, instead of being limited to 12 months, 24 months, all everything.

    Any chance you can share which connector or connectors you are particularly looking for this feature to be added too?
    Also can you share more about when you would the use cases that would be unlocked? I'm trying to understand what would you do differently once you had this feature?

    This feature would be helpful in general across platforms, especially with resyncing. If we could resync a table or a connector and only do a resync on a specific date frame, I think this would be very beneficial with load times.

    One connector in particular that I think would benefit from this feature is the GA4 connectors that we have. Because these have such a large volume of rows, being able to resync certain months instead of the whole historical (or whatever we're limited to by the connector) would cut resync times down dramatically.
