Stella Connect is now Medallia Agent Connect, however this data is not part of the existing Medallia connector. This platform helps to measure CS agent performance, customer ratings, see trends by agent and company, etc. Being able to bring this data into Snowflake to join to all other customer data would be extremely helpful in understanding the impact CS agents have on LTV, retention, churn, etc.
