Connector Improvement: Expand purchase_details in Stripe's issuing transactions endpoint

Please add the option to expand and extract purchase_details in Stripe's issuing transactions endpoint. This contains level 3 data on transactions with capture states.

Hey Yan, thanks for submitting this request. It seems that the purchase_details are custom fields provided by the merchants. Are you able to confirm this is the case?

The purchase_details fields are standard for all Stripe customers. Merchants choose to fill them in and they are available for some transactions as they enter Capture status. Stripe API will return their contents if the request is made to expand this field.
