Transformations: Add MS SQL Transformation Support

My client requires Microsoft SQL support for an endpoint due to multiple dependencies, and it would be great with Transformations could include code to accommodate this, specifically the QBO from dbt core.

@Brandon we currently support MySQL with our Fivetran dbt Core integration– are you running into issues with that, or are you talking about Quickstart data models?
