Connector Improvement: Support BigQuery Primary Key(s) or Column

The BigQuery preview connector determines the inserts, updates and deletes based on the entire row of a table. The connector does not support Primary Keys in BigQuery tables or marking a column as the unique identifier. The ticket link below shows the bug we were having with duplicate rows.
