Other: Downloads is not available in dashboard

I wanted to download HVR Hub and Client from the downloads but it is not visible on my dashboard. kindly provide me the required access.

Hi @yashwanth - if you're a download customer, you should have access to this. Please submit a ticket to our support team to troubleshoot why you don't have access.
