For Zendesk Ticket_Metrics endpoint we need all the data. If you look at the JSON payload from the Zendesk API documentation on their site for this particular endpoint there is a number of JSON/Varint/Nested keys in their data that break the particular metric into 2 – Business and Calendar. If possible these nested columns can be broken out into their own columns on the table.
