    Hi Cam - Thanks for submitting this request. We plan to support the Agent Events endpoint ( in the Zendesk Chat connector. The data from this endpoint can then be used to compute the metrics provided by the Agent metrics endpoint. This would ensure you have the most up to date and accurate metrics in your destination and in alignment with our product principles. 

    I don't have a timeline yet for this but will update this request once I have more to share.
