Connector Improvement: Microsoft Lists - Allow for 'Access to Limited Sites'

We just started working on a new use case to ingest a SharePoint List into Snowflake, and moved forward with using the Fivetran Microsoft Lists connector. We found that this connector requires security be granted to all SharePoint sites, ‘Access to All Sites’ – similar to the way that the SharePoint connector was originally limited. Unfortunately, our organization will not grant this level of security.

Is it possible to have the Microsoft Lists connector updated so that it can allow the option to work with either ‘Access to All Sites’ or ‘Access to Limited Sites’ permissions?

    Hi Holly,

    Thank you for using our Sharepoint connector and I'm super happy that the Site Specfiic Access has worked well for you. Its a relatively new feature which we will be looking to bring to our Microsoft Lists connector at some point. We don't yet have a date for this however.

    My effort is very similar to Holly's; the MS List connector was the perfect solution to an effort my team was working on but hit a dead stop due to the security concerns of granting access to "All Sites". Would love to have the MS List connector updated to adjust the granularity of access via this connector.
