Connector Improvement: Aircall Connector - user table should have logs

We are using Fivetran to Aircall connector to collect the data in snwoflake. But we are unable to get the complete data in user table, we feel probably the issue is that incremental update is not working on user table and existing data is getting over written, can you please check and help us.
Daily table is getting overwritten and incremental update is not working on the user table.

If you are not able to see the all the data for users in the user table, please open a support ticket so that our team can investigate this issue.
