Connector Improvement: Kustomer: Additional fields

We want to be able to report on fields available in the Kustomer app - `spam` and `last_message_unresponded_to`. These fields are not currently synced through the Fivetran connector so we would like an update to the connector that includes this.

Hi Alex,
We'd like to add the spam tag! The other field requested here appears to be denormalized data. I think you can determine the last_message_unresponded_to by looking at the timing of the messages on the conversation.
