    Hi Kate,

Thank you for trying out our Gong IO connector and letting us have this valuable feedback.

We are looking at adding data from the stats endpoint in general and have been worried that it is aggregating data which typically Fivetran tries to avoid sync'ing as it can often be created from other data and would therefore be potentially duplicate and or confusing.

Can you confirm if this is a valid concern in this case and share more about exactly the data provided - ie is a scorecard in context of Gong the users feedback on the outcome of the call?

    Thank you so much

    Alison

    Hi Alison,

Thank you for your quick response! I believe that much of the stats endpoint is, in fact, just aggregated data. However, the scorecard segment does specifically contain the actual answers to “scorecards” which are essentially custom-built surveys filled out within Gong to give feedback on a call. One major use case for us is that supervisors use these scorecards to mark compliance with required disclaimers, which we then need to report on.

The specific fields we are most in need of within /stats/activity/scorecards (along with relevant call/user id keys of course) are `score` and `answerText`

    Please consider the feature request.

Thank you Kate this is super helpful information and will help us justify and prioritize this work.

    Thank you

    Alison

Thanks Alison! Looking forward to hearing when this gets added to the roadmap!
