Connector Improvement: HVR Adding additional Codepages to existing db2I coverage
We are looking to have additional Codepages supported for IBM DB2I functioanlity.
The CodePages would be

| IBM1026 | Turkish |
| IBM1123 | Russian |
| IBM1025 | Russian |
| IBM838 | Thai |
| IBM939 | Japanese |
| IBM933 | Korean |
